We specialize in on-site catering. We set up and grill or fry your menu of choice. We do company picnics, parties and awards, and can accomodate doing three separate shifts if necessary. We also do private parties for individuals, churches, schools, and fund raisers.

We can also deliver pre-cooked meals from our restaurant to your establishment. We can drop off or stay and set up a full buffet line and do the clean up.

We offer a variety of menu items. We are famous for catfish, fried chicken BBQ ribs, steak, rotisserie chicken and shrimp. We also offer almost every side item you can think of.

During the holidays from November 20th till January 3rd we Deep Fry Cajun Turkey's and Prepare Smoked and Baked Hams. We can deliver to you or you can pick up. We make all our own sauce, cut our own meat in the restaurant, make everything fresh, and always a money back guarantee. We do deliveries of $200.00 or more.
